"Heather has an abundance of patience when working with horses and riders. She knows this business from the ground up and brings experience from all different levels of competition. She can calm an anxious horse or motivate a lazy one. She gave my green horse some much needed confidence and exceptional mileage in the show ring. I have worked with Heather as a trainer and as a judge. She is always a professional and so easy to work with. I highly recommend being a part of her team!"

"Heather is a consummate professional in the field. Not only is she a great hunter/jumper trainer, but she has integrity in all that she does. As a mother of a rider, I really appreciated her level of skill and her ability to communicate it in a supportive manner. I felt my daughter (and our horse) were in good hands with Heather. You can trust Heather to be honest- something that is crucial in this sport"
-Patty Moss (mother of student)
"When Heather first judged my interscholastic riders years ago, I was immediately impressed with her perceptiveness and attention to nuanced detail. Since that time, I have come to understand her classic horsemanship approaches with both rider and horse, focusing on proper equitation and the correct training progression. Her knowledge, feel and dedication are inspirational and refreshing, and she is certainly a true gem in this complex industry. I highly recommend learning and training with her!"

"Heather has been judging for me annually since 2011. She has always been punctual, well prepared and professional. She keeps the show moving, but is thorough and accurate. She has been flexible and accommodating when we have had to move to a rain date or stop in the middle of the show due to storms, etc. I look forward to having Heather back every year to judge my show series!"

"Working with Heather was the best decision I could have made. She helped me find my dream horse and took me from C shows to my first A shows. I was a very shy teenager when I met Heather, and she was the first trainer that truly took the time to get to know me. Heather was made to ride horses, she certainly has a gift, but what sets her apart is that she can communicate that gift in lessons. She made me a more effective rider. Heather is by far the most supportive and relatable trainer I have ever met!"
